You might be punched in but being piece rate employee you do not see any pay for driving from job to job even if they are over an hour apart you will not get paid for going into the office for your meeting day and picking up equipment. They will continuously add more tasks to the job and make your job longer while it's paying less. It went from a well paying job with older more experienced technicians and into a low paying job with low-skilled younger technicians with no experience whatsoever. The company would rather lose all of its best technicians instead of paying them what they are worth there is absolutely no room for advancement the turnover rate is terrible the company hires younger employees with no work experience whatsoever.
