      * Tech have liberty to work at their own pace. * Tech almost determines what they take home at the end of the day.

      Cons

      * You are hired for something and forced to do something else. * The supervisors are a bunch of liars. * There are no sufficient jobs for tech on board, yet they are hiring more tech with no prospect for more jobs.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
