      Cons

      4 months of hourly, but goes to piece rate Piece rate pay Multiple streams of work (DirecTV, Amazon, etc.) for little pay at the piece rate Required to be a salesman instead of just being a technician Make you purchase whatever tools you need to do the actual work Work areas are up to, or greater than, 1hr away with no pay for traveling No pay for traveling, even if the first job is greater than 1hr away No dedicated technician line

In essence, the more experience, diligence, effort - the more money you can make. Our technicians prefer this program because it means they get rewarded based on performance, skills and creating independence in their work environment.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Cons

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
