Management sucks, Hire friends and show favoritism towards them, hard to advance, has a high turnover rate, Long hrs, work between 16 to 18hrs a day and no time for family and kids. Managers in memphis never leaves home... Never and is unavailable 98.9 times you call him but upper management wont fire him. We've had 3 horrible managers back to back and they wonder why we struggle with the numbers. We have issues getting equipment to do the job. the system, kindof sucks so the system, crashes alot, the updates make it worse, etc.. If the owner of the company knew there were cliques, or favoritism hopefully he would do something.
