Cons
When I was hired I was told my pay would be expected as X amount but once in the field my trainer told me that wasn't true and other told me they weren't informed it was pay by job and not hourly. I was also supposed to be paid $20 an hour while training and only received $15, it was fixed when I contacted HR, but be aware. Additionally while training I was informed the rewards systems for selling g products was to change from commission to a points system, no tech liked this and many refused to sell products due to it. I receive very little instruction from my supervisor and no communication from him directly. The company my value it's white collar workers but the blue collar techs get stepped on. Techs are understaffed and it's no surprise why when you start working. I've also seen endless job listings in my area, all with slightly different names and different pay rates but all seem to be the same job. Don't work here as a tech, they have no value of you.
