when i started this job i was married with 1 kid. now im divorced and due to the job not allowing me time to rest i no longer get to see my kid because of being late to pick her up on time.my wife divorced me because i was never home. i worked 2 hours away from home on average 5 to 6 days a week. i wake up at 6am drive to work without pay work 8 to 12 hours on homes to drive another 2 hours without pay. all the while someone is working 10 min from my house. who lives where i currently work at. so we drive by each others everyday. did my mangers care NO!!!! im forced to sit through meeting at 5am everyday when my numbers don't meet the requirements. so now i wake up at 4am to drive to the shop to sit through a class i have no control over and work to 8pm at night to get home at 10pm. leaving 6 hours to eat, bath (which alot of time i skip for more than 3 to 9 weeks because my schedule does not allow it) and maybe enough time in the remaining 4 hours to talk to my daughter at midnight. we are over booked no travel time cant get to all the jobs before 4 but the management does not care. they will dispatch the job place you on site and tell you to call the customer. then we call the customer inform them of the long delay! so then we get a bad review which requires us to be at another meeting. if they dont have internet because we are there first or they dont have internet. thats another meeting. you pay for your tools with no tool allowance to replace the 10 to 15 30$ drill bits needed in a year. not to mention forcing sales of protection plan to customers. in my experience do not work here!!!!!! there is no management to responsibility just blame on the tech. it is not directv att or mastecs fault but yours!!!
