      Ok benefits. Meet lots of people. Unfortunately there is more cons then pros

      Cons

      Work life balance is none existing and the pay sucks for how many hours u put in. They also charge you to take home vehicle. Their load out sucks just for the fact that as a tech you don't get everything u ask for. And their inventory runs two days behind what u install for that day

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Cons

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
