Pros
Company work van and gas card. Some of the Co-Workers are awesome people.
Cons
If you hate your family, work here and never see them again! Your day will start when you leave your house at 5:30 am to be at your job by 8am (you don't start getting paid until 8am). You will work through your breaks and lunches (regardless of state and federal laws) and arrive home at 11pm (don't get paid for your 40 - 50 mile ride home either) to be in bed by midnight. Then you will repeat this until you are physically and mentally unable to continue working. Then they will throw you away like trash and replace you like a new cog in their machine. You will do work that require more people in order to complete safely, but you will never receive any help, as it is considered a waste of resources. You will receive the most basic tools to get the job done and will need to purchase the rest of the tools yourself. Also, things like drill bits and screws is all on you. Any new tools or consumables can take 4 months to receive, but you are still expected to get the job done. Talking to HR is like talking to the wall. When bringing up safety matters to management I was told (and I quote) "If you don't want to work, we can have a separate conversation about that".
