The culture is horrendous. This used to be a wonderful place to work, but is now solely focused on the bottom dollar. The President & CEO is either heartless or not being told the truth on so many levels. The environment is set up to foster paranoia and anxiety unless you are in the upper echelon. They laid off 60 loyal employees in one afternoon 2 months in COVID. Only to post replacement jobs that afternoon. They used it as an excuse to restructure. The CEO stood in front of the company several times and said "I don't believe in layoffs." Now all he believes in is his income. Good thing they became an over billion dollar company on the back of the pandemic and many other people lives who were turned upside down without warning the day of layoffs. Barely any severance. IN A PANDEMIC. The level of greed has become nauseating. They have become what they hated in their biggest competitor. Good job Joe. Although, I'm sure you will never see or be told the truth from on high. That 37.5 million dollar bonus for 2020 probably makes a mighty thrown to sit upon.
