Pros
Coworkers and manager who are intelligent, competent, caring and committed to patient care in my department.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations by upper management. Patient scheduling too tight to allow for patient’s arriving late. Schedulers are not properly educated to appropriately schedule patients regarding time and location resulting in making the employee’s job impossible snd doing great disservice to patients. It is particularly disturbing when it affects our sickest patients:(
