Pros
Benefits like health care, vision, etc are obviously good. The employee programs like for computer purchase are above standard. The connected work program can be good, but it's managers discretion. Work life balance can be good at times, but the sacrifice for flexibility can be 60 hour+ work weeks.
Cons
Salary is not great, raises are extremely low, career path is limited, parking at Charlestown location is horrible, company culture is very poor. Workload is very high for limited staff. Budgets are increasingly being tightened.
