Pros

The people are definitely the best part of the job. I absolutely love my coworkers and the patient population. No two days are ever the same. Compensation is competitive, parking is free.

Cons

Like any place, there are good managers and poor managers. The commute is horrible if you're not immediately in the Salem/Peabody area.

The staff was incredibly supportive, and you can tell that they really care about their work. The workplace environment is very collaborative.

Cons

The job can be very sedentary, but there are also days where you also need to travel to multiple locations.
