-Manager told me to stop using my PTO when I was sick. I had plenty of PTO. -Management promised I would get to develop some skills, and it became obvious over the course of several months they had no intention of making good on that promise -I had one manger who supported and cultivated my career trajectory towards management. As soon as this great manager was let go, their replacement sabotaged my projects -Reporting conduct issues to upper management fell on deaf ears
