Pros
It is essentially all entrepreneurial and you make your own career for yourself. People were very friendly and there was a good open door policy in the office.
Cons
As an intern there is little to no guidance around the office. Your so called mentors are rarely around. The program is set up to just kind of throw you out there. If interns got to go on more meetings with higher ups then they would gain better experience overall. It is difficult in the intern position to want to give it your all when all of your contacts and relationships could be at stake.
