Pros

-flexible schedules and pay for hours you're not massaging, unless you've started there recently, because they took that away from you. -good place to start because everything is provided. that means, it's too good to be true.

Cons

oh my, where I do I begin? -no benefits whatsoever. -the hourly pay is definitely not enough for the amount they charge the clients. We went to medical school and passed a medical board for a reason, don't think it's okay to shaft us because you think we are dumb enough not to realize what you're doing. ONTO THE NEXT POINT. -the owners literally care about nothing but money. NOTHING. -owners speak to their employees like their jobs aren't important or are irrelevant (um, hello, you need us to have a MASSAGE heights) -they ask how many massages you can handle per shift, but punish you when you're overworked, overwhelmed, and you want breaks because it isn't making THEM money. -if you didn't pass the state board exam to sell things like lotions, aromatherapy, or bath salts, then this definitely isn't the place for you. oh wait, NO MASSAGE THERAPIST PASSED THE BOARD EXAM TO SELL CR@P. -GO SOMEHWERE ELSE.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you had a negative experience at Massage Heights. We want to be the employer of choice and we do offer very competitive pay vs. the competition in the Strongsville market. Our Massage Therapists can make more money than the hourly pay with our commission based structure and bonuses. Unfortunately, we do understand that our company goals and values may not be the best fit for everyone. We do hope you enjoy continued success and we wish you the best in your next career opportunity,

Pros

Consistent traffic. Excellent opportunity to gain experience for therapists new to the profession.

Cons

Pricing structure is very limiting on earning potential for seasoned therapists who are already invested within their craft.
