Pros
Free massages, quiet environment, not too much else, uses millennium scheduling software which many business use, I was happy to know I would have a leg up in knowing how to do things around the retreat. Great job if you are a college or high school student.
Cons
I did two unpaid observations of over and hour a piece to make sure I was "the right fit for the position" after being hired was let go after three days because the manager said that I was over qualified, was more suited for a management position and would get bored easily. I turned down three jobs all higher paying, one substantially higher because I felt comfortable with the software and business model. The staff is young and immature (all 21 or under). They all talked loudly and joked inappropriately with the exception of one employee.
