Pros

The pay is 15 a massage or 7.25 per hour, for every hour you are clocked in. Which ever one of these is greater after two weeks of working you get , minus your taxes. The pay isnt that bad, but they don't work on a fair basis. The mangers are micromanagers from hell, and the core group of workers there are the managers little puppets that will do anything, I mean anything to the new employees. Also, If you dont kiss butt to the managers, or front desk consultants you will not get booked.

Cons

no health, dental, or vision insurance. you have to pay for a massage. no integrity amounst workers.

Pros

Consistent traffic. Excellent opportunity to gain experience for therapists new to the profession.

Cons

Pricing structure is very limiting on earning potential for seasoned therapists who are already invested within their craft.
