Pros
They do placement as promised. They have very big recruiters team in India. From H1 to GC-140 they are very good in paper work and file application on time.
Cons
Only the drawback for this company is they have big cut from vendor. They never work directly with end client. They charge hourly and take 37-40% cut and give Annual salary to employee. In that salary they provide only health insurance and life insurance that's it. No 401k match and for initial six month no PTOs
