Pros

Job Stability: Companies often offer more stability than freelance or independent work, especially well-established ones. Employee Benefits: Companies often provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and bonuses. Career Growth: Larger companies tend to offer more opportunities for promotions, skill development, and professional growth within the organization. Networking Opportunities: Being part of a company allows you to network with colleagues, clients, and professionals in the industry. Resources and Tools: Companies often provide the tools and resources needed to perform your job efficiently, such as software, hardware, and professional development programs.

Cons

Limited Flexibility: Many companies have strict working hours or policies, limiting personal flexibility compared to freelance work or self-employment. Hierarchy and Bureaucracy: The presence of rigid structures and bureaucracy can make decision-making slow and stifle creativity or innovation. Limited Control: Employees have less control over how projects are handled, since decision-making is typically in the hands of higher management. Pressure and Deadlines: Companies often have strict deadlines, which can create high-pressure environments and potential stress for employees.

Pros

Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

Cons

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
