Pros
The job is pretty independent but getting them to trust you to actually do your job takes time. A lot of hovering and micromanagement. Pay is consistent and they give a solid 40 every week. Paid every Friday. Usually something to do to stay busy and moving around.
Cons
There is a lot of toxic traits in this place. They act like were saving the world with all the superhero stuff but were just putting things in boxes and then on the back of a truck. Like get over yourself. Then there is all this WeRe A FaMiLy stuff and it gets pretty old. Then there is this big difference between the warehouse and the office people. Like they get a bunch of perks like a free break room and we have to pay for our things, doesn't make sense, like were doing the work. And you learn quickly whose who around the place bc they buddy up. They advertise all these perks but tell you to wait a year to do it. Like I aint even going to be here in a year.
