Dominate the market therefore very stable in its finance. Overall very friendly environment with minimum politics. High company ethics and good compensation and benefit. Co workers take their job seriously and add personal energy. Modern office and amenities differs than companies in the area. Very close to Milwaukee airport. New leadership and management structure will lead the company to a bright future
Cons
Many upper level changes in recent years lead to confusion of direction. Company wide software tool not doing a job helping people solving there day to day problems. Dominate market position result in less competition thus weaken company's strategy in continuous growth
