Pros

The company is under new management and working toward being the best plumbing company in the Treasure Valley as well as the Magic Valley with a branch in Twin. They are very focused not only on fantastic customer service but also recruiting, hiring and maintaining a team of the best professionals. It is a group of fun-loving individuals who work hard but are also having a great time. The pay for technicians is well-above industry standards and management is dedicated to acquiring and training a group of apprentices. Management listens and is not afraid to try new things, is transparent and proactive. Great company with growth potential and many happy employees!

Cons

With new management comes change and shifting of duties and employees. This has greatly improved but continues to be visited and tweaked. There needs to be continued work on bonus programs that truly inspire and motivate the team.

Pros

There are some wonderful coworkers here. You will find all kinds of different people to work with and create wonderful friendships. There is great potential at this job and they are always adding new types of work to do. This company has the ability to provide customers with more than full service and that makes one feel great to be a part of.

Cons

The management does not hold each employee to the same standard. If you become friends with certain people then you can literally do what ever you want and you will never even be reprimanded for bad behavior. But if you are not a close friend of one of the special employees then you can look at someone wrong and be in a hostile work environment from there on out. Some employees get paid more for doing less, some get bonuses without achieving the goal and some don't get the bonus because they didn't achieve the goal well enough (or the goal changed after the wrong person achieved it)
