Pros

Flexibility, some day you work cleaning room some days you work inspecting rooms

Cons

Very bad Management, The Boss dating employees, cant take lunch break, if you cant finish the rooms on time, you clock out and then comeback to finish the rooms, as well when you inspect rooms for some reason you cant finish you got to clock out and come back to work until finish.

Cons

The expected hours are a shame. When signing on to work 40 hours a week, expect to work 50+ with office drama in a job that doesn’t typically require you to even be in an office.
