Large bonuses available during Covid and short staffing, great co workers and bosses in some units.
Cons
Perpetually short staffed, brand new nurses that are new hires often start higher than employees with years of experience. Raises low 13-33 cents in a year. No plan to equalize salaries. Frequent calls to come in on days off.
