Pros
-Quick to reply to questions plus a simple and fast onboarding.
-Employee and benefits portal very easy to navigate and use.
-Not too much to say here since the process thus far has been efficient, so haven't needed too much interactions, yet any questions I asked have been promptly answered in a personable way, does not feel generic am dealing with humans.
Cons
-I personally prefer email for communication. Especially during business hours, Matchpoint seems to prefer phone call.
-Being a subcontractor, needing to fill out multiple timesheets seems excessive.
