Pros

I currently work at MatchPoint Solutions in their Dublin office and can only say great things about the company. When I first started, everyone went above-and-beyond to make sure I was acclimated and comfortable. As mentioned in another review, we are like a big family. Higher-ups periodically check-in to give advice, encourage, and motivate, which I really like. It's also a low-stress environment. I'm also a big fan of the company Happy Hours!

Cons

I do not have any complaints about working for MatchPoint Solutions. Everyone is so nice and it's a great environment.

Pros

-Quick to reply to questions plus a simple and fast onboarding. -Employee and benefits portal very easy to navigate and use. -Not too much to say here since the process thus far has been efficient, so haven't needed too much interactions, yet any questions I asked have been promptly answered in a personable way, does not feel generic am dealing with humans.

Cons

-I personally prefer email for communication. Especially during business hours, Matchpoint seems to prefer phone call. -Being a subcontractor, needing to fill out multiple timesheets seems excessive.
