Pros

I have worked for the company as a remote employee for a year now and I love it. This company truly cares for their employees. They allow their employees to suggest ideas and give their opinions about certain situations. Everyone wants to help you become successful in the company. I could say it's my second family. I would highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

I can not think of any Cons of working for this company. If there is ever an issue, you can talk with your supervisor and see if there is a way to make the issue better.

Pros

-Quick to reply to questions plus a simple and fast onboarding. -Employee and benefits portal very easy to navigate and use. -Not too much to say here since the process thus far has been efficient, so haven't needed too much interactions, yet any questions I asked have been promptly answered in a personable way, does not feel generic am dealing with humans.

Cons

-I personally prefer email for communication. Especially during business hours, Matchpoint seems to prefer phone call. -Being a subcontractor, needing to fill out multiple timesheets seems excessive.
