Pros

It is easy to get hired here.

Cons

This is the worst employer I've ever had. After I got hired, they constantly said that their hiring process was very selective. The owner had a terrible attitude and shouldn't have been training employees, while the VP was incoherent and unaware of the corruption among the staff. The staff -recruiters and managers- were always backstabbing each other, telling one another to lie to the owner and VP, etc.

Pros

-Quick to reply to questions plus a simple and fast onboarding. -Employee and benefits portal very easy to navigate and use. -Not too much to say here since the process thus far has been efficient, so haven't needed too much interactions, yet any questions I asked have been promptly answered in a personable way, does not feel generic am dealing with humans.

Cons

-I personally prefer email for communication. Especially during business hours, Matchpoint seems to prefer phone call. -Being a subcontractor, needing to fill out multiple timesheets seems excessive.
