Good WLB. Esoteric tech stack - Engineer MathWorks Employee Review

The tech stack and work is specific to MathWorks. Unless you work in one of the few teams who work on cloud, deep learning, etc, it will be difficult to switch jobs later on. Skills are not transferable. Base salary is good, but without any stock component(as this is private firm), you will earn less than your peers who get fat stock bonuses.
