Pros
Awesome company to work for, great alternative for an Educator who enjoys non-traditional hours (2nd shift) and is interested in earning more money than teaching. As a Center Director you have a set base salary (depending upon size of center) and also work on commission. This creates a fun and challenging workplace, but ultimately rewarding as you help students overcome their fear/deficiencies in Math.
Cons
If you work Full Time for Mathnasium and do not put in the work, you will be stuck with a low-salary and no growth potential. This company requires passionate employees, and if you can be responsible and hardworking, there truly are zero "cons"
