Pros
- Gives you plenty of time to do anything else. - Likely to be promoted to Center Director quickly since other Center Directors quit so often.
Cons
- Will not pay you well enough to be able to make a living while committing the time required to be able grow a center. In my region, the entire pool of Center Directors was refreshed in about a year. - Lacks a need for any real skills. Management wants to hire people with degrees but its a waste of time and an individuals skills to work for them. - Frequent and repeated meetings of management that repeat the same points on how to grow a center. Seniority doesn't matter in these meetings, so you will likely be hearing the same exact thing, day-in day-out, until you stop working there. - The cost of a membership is too high for a center to make significant growth unless they're in the richest of territories.
