Pros
Hours are flexible, working with kids can be great, the curriculum is straight-forward and can be modified for each kid, it's okay if you've forgotten something/don't know it and you're not required to teach it
Cons
Pay is only okay, experience could easily differ based on center director/owner, no raises, no real reason to stay on with the company, some of the kids are brats and there's no real way to make them do their work
