Matic offers a ton of room for upward growth! I was lucky enough to start when the team was relatively small in an entry-level position. Matic invested in me and my career and gave me the tools needed to grow at the company. I have been leading a team over the last year!
Cons
As a rapidly growing company there are always going to be "growing pains". These can be a little much for an individual who is not ready to adapt. However, for the right individual, this can be part of the appeal!
