Good people and a good place to get started in insurance. If you’re a workhorse, you can make a lot of money - it isn’t easy by any means.

No residuals - it’s a startup with a lot to learn. Lots of turnover. You will not learn sales here! However, you will be learning how to write insurance policies and navigate through over 40 carriers portals
