Pros
- leadership truly cares about your growth and learning: everyone works closely with the Co-Founders - there is full transparency on everything - if you work here, all your questions are answered with the honest truth (really refreshing!) - complete ownership in everything that you do - from day 1 (even for the interns) you are given a project and a goal and you are directly responsible for these items - not a lot of handholding, but resources are widely available to help you succeed - Great people - everyone who works here are down to earth, but super smart and high achievers, people are there to help and answer any questions you may have - Fun events - they have social hour every month, intern appreciate breakfasts, and awesome off-sites to really nurture the culture
Cons
- this isn’t a typical 9-5 job, so expect to work some long hours, but that comes with any startup with ambitious goals - but the company has unlimited PTO to prevent burnout - so if you need a break, it is highly encouraged for you take one by leadership! :)
