Matlen Silver has an amazing work environment, they really value their employees, and the growth potential is huge. The training program is great, matlen silver really gives its employees all of the tools to succeed and make a lot of money. Proud to be a part of this company.

If you aren't the type that is self motivated and hard working then this isn't the place for you. This isn't a 8-5 job. Everyone is there to work hard and make a lot of money.
