      Great company to work for. They have a great training and mentor program. They reward hard work with great pay. Fun and flexible environment, couldn't ask for anything more

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
