If you are looking for a good culture at your place of work, I would highly suggest you look else where. The training is nothing that they amp it up to be and the turn over is extremely high. They will promise you the world and management will not deliver on any of it. It a very disappointing place to work and I truly didn't realize how bad it was until I left. Management expects you to work way more than you are compensated for and is not appreciative of the hard work you put in. There is hardly any opportunity for growth and is a constant grind (which isn't bad if it is appreciated). Also there is no 401k offering.
