      Pros

      They allow you to be flexible and work remote if you need to. Also give you time off when needed.

      Cons

      0 leadership. I was never trained and was brand new to the IT world. Said they didn’t care about dials but then if you didn’t make enough they told you to make more. Very unorganized.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
