Pros
Good company to start off in the staffing industry. Good office locations, and remote options.
Cons
Absolutely 0 training and development. There is no clarification into the roles you can work towards moving up to, as well as no clarification on what work needs to be done to earn a promotion. Since it’s a small company, managers do play favorites and are given everything on a silver platter, while the rest of the team is expected to handle the bulk of the work with no reward. There is 0 diversity. None of leadership is diverse. They do absolutely nothing to make it better or acknowledge these issues. If you look at at certain teams, the ones constantly leaving are minorities, and the ones staying with favoritism given to them are not. Little suspicious but I guess that is what happens when there is no diversity in leadership. Also there is no work life balance with this job. You are fully expected to work 12-14 hour work days with no break as well. If you take PTO, then expect your manager to still reach out to you with work to do, so pto is also nonexistent. If you are willing to give up your mental health, your free time, and stay in the same position forever then this would be great for you.
