Pros
Constant praise from upper management, flexible, very transparent, open door policy, genuine appreciation shown, employee well being focused, regular company "town hall" video meetings w/Q&A, company news & updates, employee incentives
Cons
The only con I've noticed (it's not really even a con) is the explosion of growth over a short timeframe has sometimes made email replies from our direct supervisors or upper mgmt a bit slower at times.
