      Pros

      Worked with some really genuine & great people! Good PTO/ benefits.

      Cons

      Worked with some dishonest people as well. I’ve seen a colleague blatantly lie to client to with no repercussion. Lot of info falls through the cracks and doesn’t get passed along. All in all there isn’t much job security because in my short time I hear I’ve seen tons of people get fired without any notice.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
