Very fun and engaging job. The people that make up the Matrix workforce are great. There isn't a "corporate feel," more of a family feel. Everyone works together and is on the same page to complete jobs and make customers happy. I'm never looking at the clock like i did in previous jobs. Ability to have autonomous control over your success, workload, pay, etc is nothing that you'll see anywhere else. You get what you put in. I also have the feeling of helping someone different on every single job.
