The support you get from everyone and the family feel of the company makes this place an awesome place to work. The ability to make a lot of money is a great perk too. If you work and produce you get compensated and recognized for it instantly. Being able to work with and get advice from the owners on a day to day basis says a lot about how they care for not only their company but also for there employees. They want you to be successful and will try to help u get there any way they can.

Cons

The only challenge is sometimes your schedule is tight and you can feel rushed. That really is the only con I can think of.
