They act to the world like they are so “woke” and care so much about employees but inside it is the exact opposite. They have layoffs so the people at the top can make their multi-millions and pile the work on everyone who’s left. It’s disgusting. Every employee is just a number on a spreadsheet. They couldn’t care less how hard you work. If the numbers say you need to go, then you go. I have seen them lay off amazingly, talented hard working people. Put simply, they don’t care. The egos in the c-suite are shameful.
