- Pay is so so - Company is going down hill and will probably get worse - Very poor top management decision making - Toxic, disrespectful, incompetent, lazy, top IT leadership/management - Excessive micromanagement and too many repetitive unneeded daily and weekly meetings - Extremely poor work life balance, you will work long hours day and nights - High stress - High turn over due to reorg and offshoring across many departments, no transparency on restructuring - Uneven and unfair hybrid work environment depending on department and director you report to - Top management promotes untalented workforce and brings in poorly untalented referrals.
