Pros
Work with great people - get exposed to lots of different aspects of the business.
Cons
Pay increases are awful. Get what you can when you are hired because you will get stuck with they salary for a long time. Management has become too bureaucratic and top heavy and despite everything, purse strings are controlled by Germany.
