Pros
Many people on the floor and office have been at Bway their entire career so it is a great place to gain valuable experience from seasoned pros. Tuition reimbursement is a huge benefit; very few companies offer to help employees improve their education and future outlook. Overall, it is a very good group to work with company wide.
Cons
The seasoned pros on the floor and in the office also have a downside: some show little incentive to work hard because they are seen as untouchable. Little is done in the way of an honest 360 degree employee assessment in order to weed out unproductive workers/managers/mechanics... albeit seasoned.
