Pros

- No of onsite opportunity for less experienced resources. I dont think anyone in the industry give onsite opportunity like maveric does. - Work-life Balance, they dont track in-out time

Cons

- Non-testing associate, its high risk as you will be fired any time after the project is over. - Very less package. I can say 50-60% less than market standards - No process or internal system in place - Old timer mind. They have no clue how world operates. Not ready to change or even see the world
