Pros
Easy access to leadership team even to CEO for that matter. Friendly culture Flexibility for wfh and leaves (depends on client that you wok)
Cons
Limited projects Overload of work at times No proper channeling of work, if leadership thinks you are capable enough then all future works will be pushed to you... though it is not your job If you need something then that should be requested to the management multiple times... they don't actively solve employee concerns
